PERSONAL DATABASE PROTECTION<\/p>\n

Read the legal notice carefully before sending the personal data requested on the form.<\/p>\n

BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S, in accordance with the stipulations of Organic Law 15\/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD in Spanish), informs you that the data you provide on the “Newsletter” form will be incorporated into a data file owned by BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S which has been duly registered in the General Data Protection Register. The data collected here will be treated by BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S with the exclusive purpose of being able to have the data of the people who are interested in receiving through their e-mail address the information contained under the concept of Newsletter.<\/p>\n

By sending the completed “Newsletter” form to BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S, the user gives his or her consent for BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S to use his or her personal data for the aforementioned purpose. The user must provide true and updated data. BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S is not responsible for the consequences and damages that false or erroneous data may cause. Likewise, and in accordance with article 6 of the LOPD, the interested party may revoke, upon justified request, their consent to the processing of the personal data provided. To exercise this right, the interested party must send an e-mail to the following address info@canmarles.com<\/a> indicating the reference in the message “LOPD”. In the same message, the interested party will have to prove his or her legitimate interest and identity. Consent does not retroactive nature.<\/p>\n

For its part, BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S undertakes that the personal data provided by the user will be treated confidentially and, in accordance with all the security measures established by law, with the aim of preventing unauthorized access and treatment. Likewise, the data will not be transferred to third parties or used for purposes other than those strictly described here.<\/p>\n

Likewise, BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S, in compliance with article 5 of the LOPD, informs you that providing your personal data by sending this completed form is optional and that at any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to the data provided. In this case, the interested party will have to address his claim to the person in charge of the file by means of an e-mail to info@canmarles.com<\/a>, indicating the reference of the message “LOPD” and detailing in it the data that he wishes to modify or cancel. In both cases, the interested party will have to prove his or her legitimate interest and identity. Consent does not retroactive nature.<\/p>\n

In compliance with Article 12.2 of Law 34\/2002, of 11 July, on Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services, BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S will retain for a maximum period of twelve months the data necessary to identify the origin of the data hosted and the time when the service was started. The obligation to retain the data will not affect the confidentiality of the communications. The data will be retained for security purposes and will not be used for purposes other than those indicated in the aforementioned law.<\/p>\n

Likewise, in compliance with Article 21 of Law 34\/2002, of 11 July, on Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services, BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S will not send commercial communications by e-mail that have not been expressly authorized. Whenever BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S sends commercial information by e-mail to users, the word “advertising” will appear at the beginning of the message sent by BODEGA CAN MARL\u00c8S.<\/p>\n<\/div>
