What is the Can Marl\u00e8s Club?
<\/b>Club Can Marl\u00e8s offers its members discounts and special offers as well as a <\/span>wide selection of proposals for their free time and other advantages in the <\/span>establishments associated with the Club.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Registration of the user
<\/b><\/span>Any individual over the age of 18 can apply for the CAN MARL\u00c8S Club card <\/span>and become a Member by filling it’s form. The card entitles the individual to <\/span>participate in all the activities and offers promoted by the Club, according to the <\/span>conditions communicated in each case. Only one card will be issued per <\/span>Member and its use is restricted exclusively to the holder of the card. The <\/span>cardholder undertakes to notify the loss or theft of his\/her card in order to <\/span>prevent possible fraudulent use, as well as to have a duplicate.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p>\n
Renewal
<\/b><\/span>Membership is free of charge and will be valid for 3 years. The expiry date will <\/span>be stamped on the plastic support and the holder can renew it on our website<\/span>. The renewal of membership in Can Marl\u00e8s Club implies <\/span>the acceptance by the Member of the Club’s conditions in effect at the time of <\/span>renewal. <\/b><\/span>Members will benefit from a 10% discount on purchases only made directly at <\/span>the winery or in our online store.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p>\n
Network of establishments and associated entities
<\/b><\/span>Club Can Marl\u00e8s Members will enjoy direct discounts, special prices and <\/span>exclusive services offered by the Club’s associated establishments and entities <\/span>as long as they identify themselves with their Card. The list of associated <\/span>establishments and specific events, as well as their particular conditions, can be <\/span>consulted in our website.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p>\n
Communication channels
<\/b><\/span>The Cardholder expressly authorises Hinrichsen & Sons S.L. to send <\/span>periodic commercial information and\/or information related to activities and <\/span>commercial offers through various communication channels: postal mail, e-mail, <\/span>sms, etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p>\n
Cardholder\u2019s data
<\/b><\/span>The Member authorizes Hinrichsen & Sons S.L. to keep the data <\/span>provided by him\/her and those obtained from his\/her activity in the Club, and to <\/span>automate and process them for the correct maintenance of the services offered <\/span>or contracted within the coverage offered by the Club, as well as to inform <\/span>him\/her about the proposals of the Club or of the establishments associated to <\/span>it. You also authorize that your data will be automated and processed in the <\/span>database of customers of Hinrichsen & Sons S.L., so that you can be <\/span>informed, in the same way, of promotions and commercial offers <\/span>Can Marl\u00e8s, respecting the provisions of current legislation on Data Protection. <\/span>Hinrichsen & Sons S.L. will keep the data of the partners with the <\/span>same purpose. Hinrichsen & Sons S.L. guarantees the cardholder <\/span>the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by <\/span>writing to Hinrichsen & Sons S.L. and enclosing a <\/span>photocopy of the ID card at <\/span>Finca Can Marl\u00e8s S\/N, <\/span>Can Ferrer de la Cogullada, 43812, El Montmell, Tarragona.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p>\n
General
<\/b><\/span>The Club reserves the right to cancel the account of the Member and to <\/span>terminate the account of anyone who violates these rules or makes improper <\/span>use of the card, being able to demand the responsibilities that may arise. <\/span>Hinrichsen & Sons S.L. reserves the right to cancel the Club, giving <\/span>the holders one month’s notice and always respecting their acquired rights. <\/span>Hinrichsen & Sons S.L. can never be held responsible for any <\/span>possible damage that this may cause to the owners. No prior notice is given to <\/span>he owners when the cancellation of the Club is due to force majeure. These <\/span>rules will be applied and interpreted in accordance with the Spanish legislation <\/span>and the sole use of the card will imply its acceptance. Any dispute that may <\/span>arise from this contract will be settled by the competent Courts and Tribunals.<\/span><\/div><\/p>\n<\/div>
